Damien has over ten years’ experience working in the sustainability sectors, with time spent in local government, consulting, industry, NGO, and education. He has expertise in project design, management, implementation and evaluation. In his work, he brings together knowledge and understanding of social, cultural, economic and environmental dimensions of natural resource management and sustainability, with a focus on change and adaptation. Damien has worked in capacity building initiatives in the Pacific through his work with the International Ocean Institute. Damien is a member of the Australasian Evaluation Society and he led the development of the online Evaluation Toolbox.
